Questions
When do I pay?
As soon as the photographer accepts. That locks in their spot. Strobe holds the money, releases half when they check in at the field, and the rest when your gallery is delivered.
What if I cancel?
Cancel 24 hours or more before the game for a full refund. Later than that, the photographer keeps half, because they held the night for you.
What if the photographer doesn't show up?
No check-in at the field means a full refund, automatically. The same happens if no photos arrive within 7 days of the game.
Can I message the photographer?
Yes. Every booking has a chat. Parents can read it, and phone numbers stay hidden until after the game.
How do they find me in the game?
You add your name, jersey number and team color when you book. The photographer gets it before game day.
Can I book for other events?
Sports come first. Graduations, senior photos and other events are next.
